Highest quality standards are achieved through the implementations of latest technology, decades of experience and everlasting moral values , which have helped us to retain our customers as well as multiply them.
Model available: 12 trays, 24 trays, 48 trays, 96trays
Construction
The dryer is of robust construction built on formed angles of 3mm thick sheet and suitably reinforced with angles and sections. The dryers external walls are manufactured from 1.6mm thick Stainless Steel sheets of 304 quality. The internal of the dryer is built of 1.6 mm thick S.S 304 quality sheets. The internal structure is fully TIG welded and all the internals have ground smooth surfaces. It is insulated with minimum 50 mm thick glasswool insulation and Cladded with S,S, Polished sheets. The dryer is having a fresh air inlet through 20 Micron PP cloth filters and a adjustable air outlet flap and a door at the front. The door is explosion proof and is locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips are having Neoprene rubber Gasket to prevent leakages.
Finishing
The design and manufacture of the dryer is of high standard of GMP and has an aesthetic look. It is buffed externally to 150 grit matt finish and internally buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.
'RIDDHI' - introduces one of the finest "FLUID BED DRYER" unit providing compactness and conceptional principle of Air Fluidization for drying granules, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals, Dyes, Food & Allied Industries.
The basic concept of the Fluid Bed System begins with a simple Drying unit to which several different optional packages may be added for conversion to a granulation or coater.
Process control system ranges from standard pneumatic logic to sophisticated computerized controls. Air handling equipments can vary from the basic compact pre-filter and heater to the system, which provides complete control of the condition of the processing air. This higher technology of process involved many modern technologies and to match that RIDDHI introducing conventional Fluid Bed Dryer.
FUNCTION
Used mainly for drying of high grade, temperature and oxygen sensitive products. Highly suitable for drying hygroscopic substances, which are dried to very low residual moisture, content level. Frequently vacuum drying cabinets are the sole possibility for drying lumpy, glutinous products or products of low pomposity.
CAPACITY
Standard models range from 4 trays to 48 trays.
SALIENT FEATURES
Bodies may be of cylindrical or rectangular cross section. Both shelves and body are heated (the body to prevent internal condensation) with controlled circulation of hot water, steam or dia thermic fluid. Vacuum is drawn through large diameter ducts to minimize pressure drops and produce minimum working pressures. Both rotary and static dryers can be supplied with the following Optional ancillaries.
Heater system for either pressurized hot water or dia thermic fluid.
Cyclones and sleeve filters for powder recovery (for rotary dryers)
Solvent recovery system with condenser and receiver, vacuum pump and ancillaries, characteristics and dimensions depending on the drying processes.
Double Cone or Rotocone Vacuum Dryer
Double Cone Vacuum Dryer operates under the principle of controlled and uniform drying under vacuum at low temperatures.
Uses
• Is suited best for drying of free flowing non-sticky wet powder or crystals.
Advantages
• Drying time much faster than that of conventional Tray Dryer – Saves production time.
• Uniform drying under controlled atmosphere at low temperature–Good product quality free of oxides and dust with recovery of solvent.
• Less manpower required – Low drying cost.
• Perfectly designed drive system - Saves power while drying.
• Balanced movement - No foundation required.
• Motorized Lump Breaker can be provided.
* To embrace new technologies and methods. * To give unsurpassed products and services to the clients. * To constantly look for improvement and changes.
